Due to our growing dynamics, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Management experience in a restaurant or catering establishment;
- Ability to handle financial reporting;
- Responsibility and goal-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work under pressure;
Responsibilities:
- Materially responsible person;
- Handling financial reports on a daily and monthly basis;
- Participating in inventory management;
- Contributing to the creation of menus and marketing strategies;
- Maintaining up-to-date information for delivery partners' platforms;
- Managing staff, including recruitment and training;
- Creating work schedules.
