He worked in globally recognized Bulgarian and international insurance and pension companies as C-level executive in different management positions. He consulted many financial and insurance and pension projects, small and medium-sized enterprises and business. He was Board member of Qualifications Commission and Bulgarian Actuarial Society. He is member of quality committee of The Higher School of Insurance and Finance.

With 38 years of experience in the industry, including leadership roles in various jurisdictions and with Marriott International, Anthony brings innovation, teamwork, and a drive for excellence to our establishment. Skilled in stakeholder management, budget planning, and VIP player relations, Anthony thrives on challenges and achieving market superiority. Experienced in casino auditing, and adept in hospitality finance, he ensures operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Aigars Jurgelans has more than 30 years of experience in integrated Casino & Resort operations across Europe and Middle East on key managerial positions related to Casino Cage, Slots and Live Game, Junket operations and analytics. For the past seven years he worked in Cyprus and Ukraine as Player Development Manager, Casino Manager and General Manager. He studied Business Administration in International Black Sea University and Physics and Mathematics in University of Latvia and has deep knowledge of serial specialized casino and hotel software (Fidelio; eFloor; Octavian, Logismos, DRGT, Advansys Nexio, CMS and others). Fluently speaks English, Latvian, Russian and Turkish languages. Mr. Aigars Jurgelans is skilled in all operational aspects of large projects, and he has successfully represented the General manager position in all the casinos he has worked with.

She is a former Sales Executive in five stars hotel (Qatar), Contracting Manager and Operations Manager in First Tours and Sunday Tourism (Habtoor Grand JBR, Dubai) Dalila has worked in Dubai for the past 7 years in Hotels like Rixos Premium JBR, Hilton The Walk JBR, Double Tree by Hilton Business Bay. Dalila is both diligent in delivering the best customer service and committed to her profession. Her fluency in Bulgarian, French, English, Arabic and Russian helps her to communicate with all her guests.
