Due to the constantly growing dynamics, the casino complex Palm Royale Sofia is looking to add analytically minded and dynamic individuals WITH EXPERIENCE to its team for the position of VIDEO SURVEILLANCE OPERATOR/S.

Main Responsibilities: The position is responsible for monitoring both gaming areas (tracking the proper conduct of games on all gaming facilities, gaming tables, and slot machines for proper collection of bets and payouts) as well as the dining and relaxation areas located on the premises of the casino complex. Responsibilities also include observation; recording and reporting incidents; identifying and reporting irregularities, including suspicious activities, in accordance with state and established company policies, procedures, and rules.

Requirements for Candidates:

• Secondary education;
• Clean criminal record;
• Excellent computer literacy;
• Mandatory experience as a dealer, live game, and/or video surveillance operator in a casino, minimum 2 years;
• Proficiency in English, minimum level B2: written and spoken;
• Motivation, analytical thinking, and teamwork orientation;
• Desire for work, improvement, and development.
