In connection with the ever-increasing dynamics, PALMS ROYALE SOFIA Casino complex is looking for its CASINO SLOT MANAGER, confident, smiley and result orientated team player with slot casino management work experience to join our marvelous staff and become part of our management

JOB SUMMARY:

Multi-faceted position that will be responsible for all slot operations, including different kind of payouts ( wins, bonuses, raffles and others), performance, maintenance and configuration. Accurately administers and ensures the overall Slot Operations are in compliance with applicable gavernment regulations, and internal company casino policies and procedures. Coordinates all phases of adjustments to Slot Floor layout (i.e., machine moves, upgrades, and floor layouts).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have presented minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must have demonstrated minimum of five years of Gaming experience in Slot Floor Management responsibilities.
• Must have presented clear criminal record.
• Must have demonstrated perfect verbal and written English language.
• Must have ability to have a flexible schedule to provide for Casino requirements.
• Must have thorough knowledge of and the ability to teach and administer Slot Department Operations and regulatory compliance.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge in MS Word and Excel programs.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of CMS and supporting Slot software programs.
• Must be able to work effectively under potentially stressful conditions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• to have demonstrated a LEGAL right, according to the Bulgarian Legislation, to work under labor contract (holders of work permit for The Republic of Bulgaria, European citizens and others).

• Permanent Labor contract with six months trial period and annual 20 (twenty) days off.
